Cooking courses
The Bluesea School also organises courses in cooking the traditional Salento cuisine. This initiative has come about from the constant increase in demand from all the students who greatly appreciate the Flavours of Salento and who, generally, have fallen in love with the Italian cuisine. The cooking courses begin on the same dates as the start of the Italian language and culture courses with the only difference being that the lessons are held in the afternoon. They are conducted by export staff and can be held either in premises appropriately equipped by the Bluesea School or in other structures in Veglie such as (restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, etc.). At the end of the course the students are awarded with a certificate of attendance.
